Jokūbas is an internationally recognized cannabinoid expert, entrepreneur, and inventor of cannabis and hemp formulations and products. An award-winning professor of neuroscience at the University of Houston, he has more than 25 years of biomedical research and over 30 peer-reviewed articles published on the topics of epilepsy and neurological disorders. He has educated thousands of physicians and nurses around the globe on medical cannabinoids in the last four years and taught the University of Houston’s and Texas’s first graduate seminar course on the endocannabinoid system.  He also received a Certificate of Congressional Recognition for educating the Houston community on the Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP).  Dr. Žiburkus is a highly valued featured speaker across the world on the effects of cannabinoids on human health and wellness, hemp products and innovative market trends. 

Nkem is a seasoned and effective cannabis business and legal professional. With over fifteen years of entrepreneurship and business management experience, Nkem has successfully raised money, co-created, branded, managed and sold several companies.  

Nkem grew up in Spring, Texas, graduated from the Klein Independent School District, and received a Certificate of Congressional Recognition for educating the Houston community on the Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP).  She focuses on business expansion world-wide, overseeing marketing strategies, product development, legal, and international and domestic strategic partnerships.
